Purpose & Objectives of Position 崗位目的
1. 負責備件和濾器訂單的包裝計劃，保證準時發(fā)貨
Be responsible for the packaging plan of SPA and filter orders to ensure on-time delivery
2. 負責備件和濾器新訂單的包裝報價工作，保證及時接單
Be responsible for the packing quotation of the new orders to ensure timely order acceptance
3. 提高訂單的包裝效率
Improve the packing efficiency in SPA orders.
Specific Accountability具體職責
1. 制定包裝計劃保證備件和濾器訂單準時發(fā)貨。
Make packing plan and make sure all orders can be delivered on time.
2. 確認備件和濾器新訂單的包裝尺寸和報價工作
Confirm the packaging dimensions and quotation work for the new order.
3. 與SOP協調溝通具體提貨事宜
Communicate with SOP for the pick-up plan
4. 回傳提貨簽收單給SOP
Send the pick-up confirmation to SOP
5. 每月與采購一起確認包裝清單。
Check packing records with PUR every month.
6. 上級交代的其他任務。
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Qualification任職資格
Education
教育
大專或同等學歷
college or equivalent qualification.
Skill
技能
1.熟練辦公軟件，熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)
Excellent office software skills, good at ERP system
2. 出色的協調和溝通能力，有良好的團隊合作和抗壓能力
Strong coordination capacity, good communication, team working skills and willing to work under pressure
3.關注細節(jié)，良好的問題解決能力
Pay attention to detail, good problem solving skill
