
1. 多項(xiàng)目設(shè)備技術(shù)支持
? 支持公司內(nèi)多個(gè)并行項(xiàng)目(液體混合攪拌、粉體處理、膠囊制造等)的設(shè)備相關(guān)工作,確保各項(xiàng)目設(shè)備選型、安裝、調(diào)試符合工藝要求與進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。
? 熟悉并了解壓力容器設(shè)計(jì)、壓力容器焊接規(guī)程、鋼制化工容器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
? 與工藝部門其他專業(yè)工程師緊密協(xié)作,提供設(shè)備機(jī)械、流體力學(xué)、粉體工程等方面的技術(shù)輸入與問題解決方案。
2. 設(shè)備供應(yīng)商管理
? 參與設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)評(píng)審與資質(zhì)審核,評(píng)估供應(yīng)商在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、制造能力、質(zhì)量體系等方面的符合性。
? 審核供應(yīng)商提供的技術(shù)方案、設(shè)備圖紙、計(jì)算書及工藝接口文件,確保滿足URS及項(xiàng)目要求。
? 參與設(shè)備驗(yàn)收測試,編制驗(yàn)收報(bào)告及相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔(包括FAT/SAT報(bào)告等)。
3. 設(shè)備安裝與調(diào)試支持
? 現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)或監(jiān)督設(shè)備的安裝、管道連接、儀表校驗(yàn)等施工活動(dòng),確保符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙與施工規(guī)范。
? 主導(dǎo)或參與設(shè)備單機(jī)調(diào)試、聯(lián)動(dòng)試車及性能測試,對調(diào)試過程中出現(xiàn)的設(shè)備機(jī)械故障、流體/粉體輸送異常、膠囊成型設(shè)備問題等進(jìn)行快速診斷與分析,提出整改措施并跟蹤落實(shí)。
4. 問題判斷與持續(xù)改進(jìn)
? 對設(shè)備運(yùn)行中的異常現(xiàn)象(如混合不均勻、粉體架橋、靜電聚集、膠囊填充偏差等)進(jìn)行根本原因分析,利用機(jī)械原理、流體力學(xué)、粉體特性知識(shí)提出優(yōu)化方案。
? 收集設(shè)備運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),參與工藝改進(jìn)與設(shè)備技改項(xiàng)目,提升設(shè)備可靠性和工藝穩(wěn)定性。
5. 技術(shù)文檔與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行
? 編制或?qū)徍嗽O(shè)備相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序(SOP)、維護(hù)手冊、調(diào)試報(bào)告等文檔。
? 確保設(shè)備工程活動(dòng)符合公司質(zhì)量體系、EHS要求及相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范。
二、任職要求
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械工程、過程裝備、化學(xué)工程、流體機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
? 5年以上設(shè)備或工藝工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉液體攪拌、粉體輸送、膠囊制造至少兩類設(shè)備的原理與工程實(shí)踐。
? 具備扎實(shí)的設(shè)備機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)(如傳動(dòng)、密封、材料)及流體/粉體工藝知識(shí)。
? 能夠獨(dú)立審核供應(yīng)商技術(shù)文件,主導(dǎo)設(shè)備現(xiàn)場安裝調(diào)試問題分析。
? 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,適應(yīng)多項(xiàng)目并行工作,具備英語讀寫及基本會(huì)議交流能力(外資環(huán)境優(yōu)先)。
Equipment Process Engineer – Job Description
I. Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-project Equipment Technical Support
? Provide equipment-related technical support for multiple concurrent projects (liquid mixing & blending, powder handling, capsule manufacturing, etc.) to ensure equipment selection, installation, and commissioning meet process requirements and project schedules.
? Be familiar with the design of pressure vessels, welding regulations for pressure vessels, and structural design of stainless steel chemical containers.
? Collaborate closely with other discipline engineers within the process department, offering expertise in mechanical equipment, fluid mechanics, and powder engineering for issue resolution.
2. Equipment Supplier Management
? Participate in technical evaluations and qualification audits of equipment suppliers, assessing their capabilities in mechanical design, manufacturing, and quality systems.
? Review supplier technical proposals, drawings, calculation sheets, and process interface documents to ensure compliance with URS (User Requirement Specifications) and project needs.
? Participate in equipment acceptance testing, prepare related technical documents (including FAT/SAT reports, etc.).
3. Equipment Installation & Commissioning Support
? Supervise or guide on site equipment installation, piping connections, instrument calibration, and other construction activities to ensure adherence to design drawings and codes.
? Lead or participate in standalone equipment commissioning, integrated system trials, and performance tests. Rapidly diagnose and analyze equipment related issues encountered during commissioning (e.g., mechanical failures, abnormal fluid/powder transfer, capsule machine malfunctions), propose corrective actions, and follow through on implementation.
4. Problem Diagnosis & Continuous Improvement
? Perform root cause analysis for operational anomalies such as uneven mixing, powder bridging, static accumulation, capsule filling deviations, etc., applying knowledge of mechanical principles, fluid dynamics, and powder properties to propose optimization solutions.
? Collect equipment performance data, participate in process improvement and equipment modification projects to enhance reliability and process stability.
5. Technical Documentation & Standards Compliance
? Prepare or review equipment related documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance manuals, commissioning reports, etc.
? Ensure all equipment engineering activities comply with the company’s quality system, EHS (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements, and technical standards from the French headquarters.
II. Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Equipment, Chemical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, or related field.
? 5+ years of experience in equipment or process engineering, with solid understanding of at least two of the following: liquid mixing, powder handling, capsule manufacturing.
? Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment fundamentals (e.g., drives, seals, materials) and fluid/powder process principles.
? Ability to independently review supplier technical documents and lead on site analysis of installation/commissioning equipment issues.
? Good communication and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously; proficiency in English (reading/writing and basic meeting communication).
