Purpose & Objectives of Position 崗位目的
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃要求， 按時(shí)完成產(chǎn)品出廠調(diào)試任務(wù)，確保過(guò)程符合質(zhì)量流程和要求規(guī)范，并完成質(zhì)量記錄歸檔。
To complete production FAT tasks & output according to production plan requirement, make sure the whole process match well with quality requirement & necessary specification as well as record quality data.
Daily production support to ensure a smooth and trouble-free production, continuous process improvement for production processes, production safety, product quality and productivity.
通過(guò)日常的生產(chǎn)支持來(lái)確保順暢和無(wú)故障的生產(chǎn)、生產(chǎn)流程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)、生產(chǎn)安全、產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量以及生產(chǎn)力的改善。
Specific Accountability具體職責(zé)
1.遵守公司職業(yè)安全規(guī)章制度，安全工作。
Compliance with and observance of the currently valid guidelines on occupational safety.
2.支持并協(xié)助生產(chǎn)工單完成裝配前的物料準(zhǔn)備，裝配，接線，測(cè)試等生產(chǎn)工序。
Support production work order process completion for material preparation, assembly, wiring, testing and others.
3.遵守公司產(chǎn)品和工藝的質(zhì)量要求，根據(jù)出廠調(diào)試規(guī)范，完成產(chǎn)品的出廠前調(diào)試，保障產(chǎn)品調(diào)試的過(guò)程與結(jié)果符合產(chǎn)品功能和質(zhì)量規(guī)范, 并持續(xù)改善。
Comply with the company quality requirements, complete products FAT procedure follow the spec, ensure that the process and results of product FAT meet function and quality specifications, keep continuous improvement.
4.根據(jù)程序和工藝要求，準(zhǔn)確記錄各類工藝及質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)，并匯報(bào)質(zhì)量部
Record process data & quality data preciously based on procedure and requirements, report to QA correctly.
5. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)工程師進(jìn)行新樣品的調(diào)試打樣工作。
Support production engineer for works of new sample test, validation etc.
6.通過(guò)工藝改善及作業(yè)流程的改進(jìn)，幫助產(chǎn)線提升生產(chǎn)效率及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
To improve production efficiency quality by continuous improvement.
7. 完成產(chǎn)品或售后件的定制化改裝，調(diào)試。
Complete customer required retrofit & FAT for product delivery or demand from after sales service.
8.完成上級(jí)交代的其它工作

Job Qualification任職資格
Education
教育
大專以上學(xué)歷，電氣儀表類或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)
Junior college degree or above in electric / instrument or equivalent
Experience
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
五年以上制造型工廠工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5+ years working experience in Manufacturing Companies，
具有機(jī)械設(shè)備或自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Experience in commissioning or maintenance of machinery & equipment or automation equipment.
Skill
技能
1．會(huì)基本Office軟件操作。
Skilled in Microsoft office
2．了解一般機(jī)械裝配知識(shí)，對(duì)通用機(jī)械件有基本常識(shí)。
Understanding of general mechanical assembly knowledge, basic knowledge of general mechanical parts.
3. 要求熟悉低壓電氣接線，儀器儀表，控制系統(tǒng)常見(jiàn)類型傳感器和執(zhí)行器， 精通低壓電氣控制回路，PLC 硬件和 HMI 硬件，識(shí)圖能力佳。
Required to be familiar with low-voltage electrical wiring, instrumentation, control system general sensors and actuators, proficient in low-voltage electrical control loop, PLC hardware and HMI hardware, good diagram reading ability.
4. 具有發(fā)現(xiàn)，檢測(cè)，排除，解決電氣或自控問(wèn)題的能力。
Ability to find, detect, eliminate, and solve problems for electrical or control problems.
5. 有書(shū)面英文能力，能看懂英文說(shuō)明書(shū)。
Fluent written English, good communication skills
6. 較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力
Strong hands on skills.
7．較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、自我激勵(lì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的能力。
