1 - Manage his/her APU 管理生產(chǎn)
Guarantee the performance of the APU and manage it daily
確保APU的績(jī)效并進(jìn)行日常管理
- Mobilise his/her teams focusing on short- and medium-term objectives to be reached
動(dòng)員工作團(tuán)隊(duì)專注于短期和中期目標(biāo)
- Adapt, organise and manage resources assigned to him/her taking into account variable presence/absence data
根據(jù)不斷變化的現(xiàn)有或缺少數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)整、組織和管理被分配資源
- Develop organization and operating modes, encouraging more responsibility and autonomy to improve quality,
productivity, flexibility and reactivity
開發(fā)組織和操作模式,鼓勵(lì)提高職責(zé)感和自主權(quán)以提高質(zhì)量、效率,靈活性和應(yīng)對(duì)能力
- Manage the platform team specific to the APU
管理專門針對(duì)APU的平臺(tái)團(tuán)隊(duì)
- Guarantee the interface with site support functions
保證與公司支持部門的對(duì)接
- Optimise the costs of his/her APU and give reasons for choices
優(yōu)化APU的成本,給出選擇理由
- Make all operational decisions in his/her field and according to his/her scope of responsibilities
根據(jù)職責(zé)范圍,在工作領(lǐng)域內(nèi)做出所有運(yùn)營(yíng)決策
2 - Coordinate daily activity 協(xié)調(diào)日常工作
Ensure communication within the APU and associated units
確保APU和相關(guān)單位之間的溝通
- Promote collective interest rather than individual interests
促進(jìn)集體利益而不是個(gè)人利益
- Know the problems encountered by everyone, including operators
了解每個(gè)人遇到的問題,包括操作人員
- Listen, help employees to understand and analyse the difficulties they encounter
傾聽,幫助員工理解和分析他們遇到的困難
- Help employees to perform tasks by giving tailored advice or by constructively questioning current performance
通過提供合適的建議或有建設(shè)性地詢問當(dāng)前的表現(xiàn)來幫助員工完成任務(wù)
- With project teams, help to implement a new product or a new technology in his/her APU
與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)一起,幫助在其APU中實(shí)現(xiàn)新產(chǎn)品或新技術(shù)
- Permanently manage and advise employees and coordinate their missions
管理員工,為其提供建議,并協(xié)調(diào)他們的任務(wù)
3 - Energise and develop the production system 激勵(lì)和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)
Transform his/her APU to adapt it to new requirements and develop either means, organization or personnel skills in
line with HR policy
在符合人力資源政策的前提下,轉(zhuǎn)變APU,適應(yīng)這新的需求和發(fā)展手段,組織或人員技能
- Improve overall productivity of processes and flows
提升流程管理的整體生產(chǎn)力
- Prepare the APU for product/process developments
為產(chǎn)品/工藝開發(fā)準(zhǔn)備APU
- Encourage everyone to contribute to progress (suggestions system, progress projects: 5S, SMED, TPM, kanban, GRP, etc.)
鼓勵(lì)大家為進(jìn)步做出貢獻(xiàn)(建議系統(tǒng),項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展:5S、SMED、TPM、看板、GRP,等)。
- Attain annual progress targets for his/her APU within the context of medium-term group and site directives
Structure, manage and optimize customer/supplier relations with support departments
在集團(tuán)和工廠的中期目標(biāo)下,架構(gòu)、管理需要設(shè)定目標(biāo),優(yōu)化客戶/供應(yīng)商關(guān)系的要求,與支持部門合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)APU年度進(jìn)步目標(biāo)
4 - Manage his/her activity 管理自我
Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner
根據(jù)工作目標(biāo),準(zhǔn)備工作計(jì)劃并協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)
- Propose an annual operating budget for his/her activity, and ensure that it is adhered to
為工作提出年度運(yùn)營(yíng)預(yù)算,并確保執(zhí)行
- Propose the necessary resources for attaining his/her objectives and implement, after approval of Plant Manager, the necessary actions for staff turnover (recruitment, transfers, dismissal/redundancy) and investments according to budgetary forecasts and labour constraints
在工廠經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后,提出實(shí)現(xiàn)其目標(biāo)和實(shí)施計(jì)劃的必要資源,應(yīng)對(duì)員工流失率的必要措施(招聘、轉(zhuǎn)移、辭退/冗余),并根據(jù)預(yù)算預(yù)測(cè)和勞動(dòng)力的限制進(jìn)行投資
- Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity, implement corrective actions if necessary and inform his/her teams of them
監(jiān)控工作表現(xiàn),必進(jìn)行必要的糾正并通知相關(guān)工作人員
- Conduct annual performance reviews, set the objectives of his/her employees, then ensure deployment all the way down the hierarchy
進(jìn)行年度績(jī)效考核,為員工設(shè)置工作目標(biāo),確保部署的層次結(jié)構(gòu)
- Develop the team's skills for the activity and propose individual and/or group training actions that are necessary to maintain performance levels of activities, in collaboration with the Plant Manager
在與工廠經(jīng)理的協(xié)作下,開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作 技能并提出個(gè)人和/或團(tuán)隊(duì)必要的培訓(xùn)以保持工作的績(jī)效水平
- Advise employees on professional development in agreement with the Plant Manager and promote internal Mobility
在工廠經(jīng)理的同意下,為員工的職業(yè)發(fā)展提供建議,促進(jìn)內(nèi)部流動(dòng)
- Propose salary increases in agreement with the Functional Manager within the framework of the group's salary
policy
在集團(tuán)工資政策的框架內(nèi),與職能經(jīng)理溝通后,提出加薪
- Praise or condone the actions of employees as necessary
必要時(shí)表揚(yáng)或?qū)捤T工的行為
- Ensure that his/her teams remain motivated and that there is a good internal atmosphere
確保團(tuán)隊(duì)保持活力,并有良好的內(nèi)部氛圍
- Check and approve team members' expense claims (travel, etc.) and authorizations for absence/vacations
檢查并批準(zhǔn)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的費(fèi)用報(bào)銷(差旅費(fèi)等)和休假的授權(quán)
- Ensure that job descriptions are updated according to group procedures
確保根據(jù)集團(tuán)流程更新崗位說明
- Provide reports of his/her activity to the Plant Manager
向工廠經(jīng)理匯報(bào)工作情況
